Stark fitness has been such a positive experience for me. Steven and Ty have given me the confidence to move my body in ways that I never thought possible. I have gained so much confidence out of the gym as well. The members are also awesome. They work as a team to support and encourage you. Highly recommend this gym if you want to see and feel results, and be challenged.

I, my wife, and even our two children are all clients at Stark Fitness. This review is being written approximately ten months after my wife and I became personal training clients at Stark. We are both very satisfied with the professional training we are given and especially happy with the results we have achieved. The staff at Stark are always on the cutting edge of new training techniques and constantly tweaking our workouts implementing new ideas. Both in our forties, we are in the best shape of our lives. I have been training for several months at Stark Fitness. Steve and Phil are passionate about fitness are very knowledgeable and offer hands on training. I have made gains in my strength and improved my technique. Very unique training. Great group of people there. Highly recommended.
Steve really knows what he is doing. He will correct your form so that you will lift efficiently. He takes a methodical approach and evaluates each client differently, constantly educating and adjusting the way you lift. I started out from lifting almost nothing because of invasive colon surgery to lifting heavier weights and feeling like a decent human being. I have been working out for over 10 years and have taken medical/ physio courses in post secondary education.. so I know a decent amount about muscles... however, Steve really knows his stuff. He will find your weaknesses and target them to make you a well-rounded gym rat. Thanks Steve.
I won't go anywhere else to train, Stärk is the best. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and always stays on top of the most effective training techniques to get you stronger faster, which keeps things new and interesting. Having proper form and technique is important when it comes to injury prevention (and getting the most out of your workouts), and this is always something Stärk gives attention to, which I really appreciate. They're friendly and funny and very motivating, all contributing to a training experience I look forward to week after week. I highly recommend Stärk Fitness to anyone looking into personal training!
