First appointment to assess knees for potential surgical intervention. Staff was extremely knowledgeable, transparent and honest. Provided options that may be possible for my situation and provided me specific exercises while I await surgery to strengthen surrounding support areas! And what I appreciated most is that they took the time to listen and did not disregard my own detailed health knowledge and detailed questions, as some doctors do.

My mother had a knee replacement surgery at the Scarborough Centenary by another surgeon, which was complicated by post-op fracture (very complicated and rare kind)!! It was only Dr. Ravi and his team who were able to fix this mess! The process to see him was very easy, thanks to his assistant, Ms. Maria! He is an extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and skilled surgeon. Given the complexity/urgency of the knee revision, he even pull a few strings to have my mother’s surgery a week sooner than it was originally planned! The revision surgery went really smooth and thanks to Dr. Ravi, my mom is able to walk again without any cane/walker! Dr Ravi, without a doubt has the best bedside manner of any orthopedic surgeon that I have came across. I am a family physician myself and have met many during my career. I highly recommend Dr. Ravi to anyone looking for a knee or hip replacement!

Had my second hip surgery in February. This is one of the best hospitals I have ever been in. The staff is terrific.Not only the Doctors and Nurses but the receptionists the work staff and the people who deliver the food. The are friendly and always has a kind word and a smile for everyone.

I came from the Kitchener Waterloo Area. Dr Ravi was recommended to me from someone local who wanted to get in quicker then the 2 year wait in KW. From the very first time I arrived at Sunnybrook Holland Clinic, the staff were compassionate and friendly. It was obvious they LOVED their jobs. Once a date was booked, I was called in for Pre Op. The process was SO efficient and precise. No waiting in lines for blood work or X-Rays. The team worked together to ensure a smooth process and were extremely detailed in explaining the process and had a ton of documentation to read up on. On surgery day, I felt like I was the only patient with the detail of explaining and caring for me from the the intake nurse to surgical staff to the Post operating care and next day Physio. I felt so good the day after, I walked stairs and went home. On my 6 week follow up I booked my 2nd hip which is now completed. ALL THEY DO are Hips, Knees and Shoulders. They truly are the best. Dr Ravi and his kind sense of humor and bedside manners made you feel important, not just a patient.

Had foot surgery December 20th with Dr. David Stephen. Though I have never had this type of surgery before, I can safely say that this was the best Hospital with incredibly compassionate and efficient staff.

Called to ask about the NIPT for pregnant women, the receptionist told me it costs 1000. My husband checked online on their website, it costs less than 500. The lack of knowledge and accuracy scared me away. Wouldn't want to be a client.
