Very poor, spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, random words sprinkled in. I believe this is just a small group of young adults they call a team. They get you to have an on phone conference for an hour or so then send you an invoice making you pay first before receiving a draft (I know my mistake). Then if your are not satisfied and request your money back because you are not satisfied they do not respond. The expectation when you pay for a resume is to be able to do a quick read to make sure your information is correct and send it. That could not happen here there were major issues that I found and I am not a good speller (hence paying to get a resume done). They ask you to highlight any changes you make and send it back at this point it looks like a highlighter exploded on it. Learn from me do not use Surcorp.

I was told by Vivian Xuan, a woman claiming to be an accountant there, to come in today and sign a contract to do consulting in their office and resume work. I arrive at 8:45am. The office was closed. I returned a few times and just after 11am I spoke to the receptionist Rochelle about being promised a job. I asked if I still had a job and she was silent but then said Vivian emailed me. A total lie. She only emailed me AFTER I spoke with Rochelle. I never met such deceitful people. I wasn't compensated for my time. The interview process was unprofessional from the start and then ended unethically. I was asked to start part-time for a month and then was asked to consider joining full time. What a joke!

To be honest, I feel I wasted my money here. I purchased the package which includes resume and Linkedin profile. The resume and cover letter is okay. but the linkedin profile, the thing I spent a lot more than regular package. It is a very super simple 'translate' my resume to 'linkedin'. And this is the work after I kept emailing them and pushing them. I cannot say that they have good contacts to HRs since I got only 2 calls after 8 months. I don't think the service they deliver worth the money and I dont recommend them.

Unfortunately the admin person didn't correctly record my email to send initial documentation to get the process started. When I called to update this information she stated I was condescending and asked if i usually speak to people this way. I was taken aback but this unnecessary commentary & asked to speak to her supervisor. She then hung up the phone. I hope someone from Suncorp Resume Solutions specifically Sandy Surranna is reading this. It doesnt reflect well on your firm to have such an individual as initial point of contact. I'll just move my business else where.
