Recently had them install a boiler on likely the coldest day of November. The installation technicians were Tyler and Victor, they arrived on time(8:30am) and immediately started the job in the less than ideal temperature and conditions. They worked diligently until the installation was complete. Old boiler out, new unit in, no mess left. Area clean and tidy. Thanks chaps and Harmony for a job well done.

I had asked Boiler Buys to do duct boiler tune-up. Michael was very pleasant. He explained everything that he was going to do. He mentioned some things that might need attention in the future. He explained the parts in the boiler that needed attention. He was very thorough. Thank you for the great service.
I have several rental properties and I have been searching for a "go to" company to be able to call when issues arise. I have found it! My tenants were complaining that it just wasn't getting warm enough in the townhouse. Marty came out and quickly solved the problem - the fan sensor was jammed. Although the boiler is older, there was no pressure to spend more and purchase a new one. It was a simple fix at a great price! First time customers. We had our commercial boiler installed by them. We were happy with the work Thomas and Tyler M. did for us. They were very personable and professional. Cleaned up after they were done. There was a slight problem which Thomas came and fixed for us. Alan gave us a quote which was reasonable. We will use them agin.

The technician Ash that came to help with the boiler on a very blustery day was exceptional. He was very helpful and compassionate. I very much appreciated his help.
Our combi boiler were not heating up enough a few weeks ago and we couldn't figure out why! The warmer days were OK but then the colder days we froze. Called around and got quotes. We felt the transparency of boiler guys in how they charge was very comforting. Booked the appointment. They came right on time and called ahead to check what the issue really was so as to be prepared. Justin did an amazing job explaining all the various parts of the furnace. Lots of education so that we understand the reason for the repair. There was a part needing to be replaced in both combi boiler and ductless heat pump. Gave us an accurate quote before anything else. Proceeded to repair and everything was done in about 3 hour. Made sure he tested everything before closing up. Great job all around. Would thoroughly recommend them.
