The person serving me was not wearing a mask. Cases are rising in Toronto, they just closed indoor dining, and this person was maskless. Will not be returning. Edit: wow that's a lot of words in the reply from the owner, didn't know not wearing a mask takes so much defending. Still don't understand why the person wasn't wearing a mask, it's still not addressed in the reply.

Great pet store. Kathy really knows her stuff. Her knowledge of pet care and pet care foods and products is quite expansive. I highly recommend checking out the place. Very nice decor and service that went beyond my expectations.

My pup and I love this place. Kathy is always super helpful and willing to put up with my myriad of questions about all sorts of things dog related. The Kibblery carries well backed brands and products, so I'm confident that Luce-Moose is getting "the good stuff". I also find that they carry their food (even raw) at a number of different price points that make it manageable for us. Plus, being greeted by a friendly and snorting Beefie always improves my day.
