Excellent customer service. My order was shipped very quickly. I had mentioned it was a gift to make sure that no receipt be included in the box. It was a lovely surprise for my grandson and I (on video share as we live at separate end of the country) that the gift was gift wrapped. Thank you for going the extra mile!

The owners of Swag Sisters are really the best. I watched this interaction today and they found a way to make curbside pickup fun and safe for the kids and parents. Great selection of toys and well, plenty of options for all ages with a focus on quality.
As someone who doesn’t know what toys are appropriate for certain ages, I love to leave it to the experts - they know what kids like. Consistently great recommendations and selection! The owners are genuinely friendly, and makes me feel good about supporting local. They are next door to an amazing donut shop too - win win!
This store is the best. I email with some details about what I need for the kids in my life including budget, and they always respond with great recommendations. I pick them up - wrapped nicely! - the next day curbside. Wonderful for the lazy aunts of the Toronto. Do your Christmas shopping here.
This year because of Covid I was reminded how essential for some is to be supported by community... I want to make every penny spent count and that's why this year I wanted to look at small stores in the neighborhood that need our business. After I googled I found this very unique toy store, I found on their online store what I wanted so I ordered and soon after I got a phone call from the owner asking me for extra details to make my purchase even more comfortable and pleasant. I decided to come and pick up my order myself instead of getting it shipped to my home and I'm very glad I did because I arrived to the store just to discover an even greater selection of Toys, all our favorite brands and all at reasonable prices.The owner is extremely helpful and willing to give you the best friendly customer service possible. Their website doesn't show all the products they have as is still in construction, I say that is definitely worth the trip. I also loved that they offer free gift wrapping services, they made my Christmas gifting a breeze without any unnecessary plastic or boxes left behind. Thank you.
