Used the corporate website to make an order. I made sure the items were listed as available at the store. I received an email with 24 hrs saying the items were ready for curbside pick up. I arrived at the store and was promptly greeted and asked for my name to get my order. While i waited i was asked 4 times if I had been helped . I received my order within less then 5 minutes . Don’t be disappointed by the corporate site which states 10 days to pick up. Just make sure the items are available/in stock.
Just like an old-time hardware store, carrying a little bit of everything, and always has that item that you need. The place is not very big, and yet there are always quite a few staff available to answer questions or help you find what you need. The staff are all very attentive to your needs, polite and informed. Other stores would do well to follow this store's hiring practices. All-in-all, a great place to find what you need.

Needed a 30 amp dryer receptacle and it was in shock, great time saver. Avoided having to go twice as far to home depot.
Hit or miss. Okay if you're willing to substitute a product for a similar one. Don't buy lighting/bulbs here if you don't have to - their selection is very limited and the employees don't seem to have much knowledge when it comes to lumens, kelvin etc.
