ALWAYS expecting greater than normal call volumes. Phone number is absolutely of no use. Will put you on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up. and no one seems to care about it.
This place is trash.
The lady at the front to issue a counter ticket need to get train in customer service. The way she speak to people is very rude and I was suprise about it. I need to ask some question and obtain information but She is not giving chance to speak and said you will get mail. It’s just way she speak to people is not nice at all. Instead I went to the officer on the other side and he answer my question and he told me if I need more detail go to the same counter to that lady. I don’t think she should be in information desk.
more than 30 people in line waiting for more than 1 hour, and just person working most of the time, is this fair for the amount of money we pay in taxes to this city ? I don't believe we deserve such a poor service
