I always take my 2010 Kia Soul to Toronto Kia for servicing. They're quick, thorough, reasonably priced and overall great to deal with. Plus I get original Kia parts. When a repair has been very pricey they're able to advise me what to fix first and what I can leave until later. That makes me feel good.

I did a lot of research about the type of car I wanted to buy for my Dad and the 2020 Kia Soul EX was the one that I chose, due to the safety features, accessibility and high visibility. Toronto Kia was a convenient location for me, and also offers OCT members a discount with Venngo perks. I visited the dealership a few times and since this was my first car purchase, I had a tonne of questions. I'm grateful that the sales department was so patient when it came to answering all my questions. When I finally felt ready to revisit the dealership and purchase, Akilan in Sales and Minh in Financing walked me through the steps to purchase. They were also very responsive when it came to communication by phone or email, and were both very patient with my detailed queries as well. I'm sure they broke out the champagne when we finally drove away in our brand new car LOL. But hey, my Dad and I were super patient as well, as there were some delays, but we trusted it wouldn't be too too long until the car would be ready. I've always loved the shape and design of the Kia Soul and have wanted one for a really long time. This year's model has really stepped it up in the design department with the updated grill and embossed detail. It is so comfy and roomy inside, too...and it's fun to drive! I love the fresh colour we chose as well: Space Green. I'm so happy I could do this for my Dad and I'm grateful for Toronto Kia's help!
I appreciated Kia Toronto's professionalism and quality service. I especially appreciate that they proactively reminded me that it was time for the scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. They also advised me of other repairs that should be done immediately as well as others to keep in mind. Very much appreciated. Their complimentary valet service, where they picked up the vehicle from my home and returned it after the service was completed, was also very helpful.
Rita was lovely and so patient with all of my questions. Buying your first new car is hard, but not with Rita!! Best sales lady out there! Mike and Jason were also exceptionally helpful in my quest for new wheels. Big thanks to anyone who worked behind the scenes for me :)

We were looking for a new place to service our Soul as we were not happy with the dealership we had be dealing with. I looked up Toronto Kia and saw many positive reviews so we took a chance. I am super glad we did. Robyn at Service was super friendly, listened to my concerns about my previous service experience elsewhere, went above and beyond and I didn't have to listen to any mansplaining. I also loved the automated service approval system. When I came back to pick-up my car, Robyn was on the phone. Another employee, who looked like they were heading home actually stopped and asked if they could help me out. She didn't do it begrudgingly, it was genuine. She got my keys and the bill and made sure I wasn't just left standing and waiting. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was cashed out quickly and was on my way. Many thanks to all three of the people who I met that day and made me feel like I was important to their company and that they enjoyed working there. See you next service!

Had taken my older Kia here for service and was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness that they showed. So was happy to make this my first choice when wanting to purchase a new car. Akilan was extremely helpful throughout the purchase and the rest of the staff I dealt with were just as great. My sister used the Honda dealership a when she purchased her car and had the same praise for the stars and service. Very upfront regarding pricing and no pressure or hard sell tactics. Extremely happy with my new car and will definitely make them my first choice when it comes time to purchase again.
