This clinic has been the most friendly, thorough and ethical practice I've ever been to. From the moment I phoned the office, to my first consultation, to surgery and after care Dr. Pirani, Naushin and the entire team have been absolutely amazing. Dr. Pirani is friendly, patient and takes the time to explain everything. All my questions were answered throughout my consultation to my aftercare, and all appointments were always respectfully on time! The surgery itself went without any complications, surprisingly no bruising and miraculously almost no pain leaving my surgery date and throughout my recovery. The results of what I wanted exceeded my expectations. I am extremely happy and so grateful that through my extensive research that I chose this doctor and this clinic. Look no further, you MUST go to Dr. Pirani for your cosmetic surgery needs as you will not regret it and be so happy you did!

I flew from Edmonton to Toronto just to have surgery with Dr.Pirani. I am around 4 months post breast augmentation, and truthfully I never write reviews, but for Dr. Pirani I just have to. There is a reason why Dr.Pirani is one of the top rated surgeons in Toronto- and no, despite the high amount of 5 stars it's not cause they ask their patients to write reviews- rather its because Dr.Pirani and Naushin go above and beyond in every way to ensure their patient has the best possible experience. I've gotten other surgeries before, but I've never had a doctor with such great bedside manner and care for his patients. The Toronto Plastic Surgery Center is so high in their standards and integrity. Dr.Pirani paid out of his pocket a private caretaker to take me back home and stay with me just to ensure I was okay- he could have just collected his cheque like other doctors and leave it as my own problem, but he truly takes pride in his work and practice. Dr. Pirani absolutely knows what he is doing. My results are unbelievable. My close friends and family give me compliments on how natural, yet shaped they look. With so much certainty, I don't think the surgery could have gone any better. There are hundreds of surgeons in Toronto, but each day I am so happy that I listened to the reviews and went with Dr. Pirani. There is no doubt that I will be proudly recommending him to everyone. Thank you SO much Naushin and Dr.Pirani for everything! The confidence is life changing! Everyone else! Please do yourself a favor and see Dr. Pirani. Thank me later :)

I cannot tell you how much I like this doctor and his staff. This place is unlike others, doctor and staff and SUPER professional. From the minute you walk in Naushin makes you feel welcomed. Having had not the best experience elsewhere years prior, Dr. Pirani took so much time (many appointments) to make sure he had answered all of my questions and concerns before booking surgery. And something that really stuck out to me was how I was treated right before and after surgery, simply kind Now I am over 6 months post surgery and am VERY happy with the results. Thanks again for all of your patience and I will definitely be a returning patient.

He has no skill at all in skin surgery he damaged my under eyes and be sid my ears I will take him to court to take my money back he is esthetic
