One of their financial advisers was extremely helpless. Not going to point out names but I don’t recommend you coming here for an advice, as I was the one trying to pull the answers out of her. I felt like I knew more about banking products than the person I spoke to. ALSO, no smile on anyone’s faces whatsoever. Are you pressured to work there? I don’t get it. What kind of customer service is that!?
