They have good collection of used laptops at a reasonable price. They also offer some post purchase services and limited warranties which is really useful.
Bought a Dell laptop a year ago and it's been running very smoothly. Today I came back for another laptop. As always staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Store is well organized. Good selection there I strongly recommend it.
Purchased a laptop in August from Kapok Comtech and unfortunately the hard drive failed. I wrote an email and Amy @ Kapok got back to me right away asking me to bring it in. They took a quick look at the laptop and the receipt and quickly made the decision to replace it with another HP which was exactly the same. Thank you very much to Amy and the team for helping me to make sure my son had his laptop for school this year! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a low-cost and quality solution for their laptop!
