The place has officially gone out of business. It took me forever to book with them too, and there was no notification. I bought my deals through Team Buy and they credited the money back to my account fairly easily. I would recommend calling them though, I didnt get any answers via email the first two times.

BEWARE! I am still waiting to book an appointment to use my dealfind vouchers from last December. This spa keeps offering deals and packages, the last one is today from dealfinder for a 3 month membership, but yet this spa CANNOT handle the volume of customers. I have been calling and leaving voice messages constantly to book 2 weeks in advance, but I always find out I have to 2-3 months in advance! I plan to get a refund!

DO NOT GO HERE. Please note that I ONLY booked appointments at this place because of the various vouchers/deals they offered in 2012 and i bought because the deals SEEMED great. They have a policy that says one must cancel within 24hours of an appointment so as to not lose the cost of the service. I have been trying since last Friday to change my appointment (which was set for Jan 8th, 2013). I called and left a voice mail with details and asked them to call me back, and I even emailed - lo and behold - i got no response - what's new with this place?? The spa usually does not return emails it seems (given also that I had to actually show up to the spa last year to make my appointments because my calls and emails were not responded too even though vouchers specifically say "call/email to book"). Not wanting to lose my money for the Jan 8th appointment, I spent money to travel to the spa, to only be greeted by a locked door and ANOTHER customer who was waiting as she also had an appointment. In addition, there were at least 4 letters that other customers seemed to scribble on pieces of paper and shove through the hole in their door all indicating the same frustration that myself and the other lady who was with me felt (i.e. why was the door locked and the place dark, why did they not let us know that they were closed...etc) - and based on being able to read the letters through the glass door, they were just as infuriated as we were and they all demanded refunds. Why could they not inform us that you were closed? Is the business closed for good??? I expect a full refund on my unused appointment as it was not MY fault that I was not seen - but I'm pretty sure I won't get one. It is in very poor taste that even under new management, the spa seems to live up to it's old reputation. Maybe they should close for good. DO NOT GO HERE!

HORRIBLE SPA!!!! Horrible manners, etiquette, don't even waste your time going here. Bought vouchers with Dealfind only to find out that their "new management" were not taking them. They did not have the consideration to patrons to call to cancel the appointment.. Waste of time. Hard time getting refund from Dealfind

Went to Vikaspa with my gf for the half day treatment and had a great time. The atmosphere was upscale and relaxing, staff were accomodating, and my girl loved every minute of it. If I ever decide to do another spaventure I'd definitely go here again! Highly recommended!
