I delivered my first child last week and credit the smooth and easy delivery I had in large part to the care I received from Vital during my pregnancy. Shaila (chiro) solved some serious back pain nobody else could fix and prepped me for labour, Talia (pelvic floor) was instrumental in preparing me for the labour with visualization, breathing, and stretching techniques, and Kim (massage) was the only one during pregnancy who actually massaged me with any strength. As a result of this care, I went into labour confident I could handle it. I would highly recommend any of these practitioners and will continue to use them myself during my postpartum recovery. Thank you Vital!!!

I’ve been going to Vital for prenatal massages and pelvic floor physiology for the last few weeks and I love it. The staff are all really sweet and friendly and it’s so organized. They send reminders by email and text beforehand and you can subscribe to your calendar and it automatically puts the appointments into your phone. Overall the experience I’ve had has been awesome. Super relaxed atmosphere and I would absolutely recommend my friends go here!
