I spent a few months in 105. My advise is to stay away from this place! However, if you risk to rent an apartment in this building don't sign one-year lease at least, otherwise you won't be able to legally run away from there.

this place is so nasty. Neighbors steal packages left in front of my door. the hallways always smell like dog urine. plus the building is infested with bedbugs and cockroaches . It is a scary building at night and on the weekend. Cant wait till I finish my 1 year lease and leave. DO NOT RENT THERE. I am so glad to be moving north of Toronto.

My partner and I have lived in the north building for about six months now and so far have had a pretty good experience. The apartment was a wreck when we first saw the place (broken windows, etc.), but they said they were going to do renovations before we moved in and the rent was relatively cheap; turns out they replaced pretty much everything: brand new stove, fridge, toilet, cabinets and tiling in the bathroom and kitchen. Even most of the doors were replaced with brand new ones. There is definitely reason for some of the negative reviews here: the stairwells and elevators can be kind of sticky and the building isn't that secure, which basically just means you get a few door to door solicitors sometimes. But most of the negative things people are saying don't match with my own experience. The apartment itself is good for the money given the way the market is going, and the walls are thick, so neighbors aren't a problem. I think the only sound I ever really hear from a neighboring apartment is if someone upstairs slides a heavy piece of furniture. Given the alternatives, we would definitely rent here again. It's a big unit for a good price with good light, a nice view, and thick walls. What's more to want?

My 20 something kid lived here 4 years ago and had to move because of the crime and bugs. One of the security guards was doing patrol and someone pushed a cinder block off of a balcony as he was walking by. Landed a fraction of an inch in front of him. He quit on the spot. One more step and he would have been dead. They were waiting for him to do a patrol. Pure uneducated scum. I find it hilarious how this place is advertising as a liberty village rental. It is a Parkdale scum hole like all the others.

Do not rent there or you will regret. It is the worst place I have ever lived in. It is really disgusting. No air conditioning, nasty neighbours, awful management. When I first went to see the property, they convinced me to pay 200 to reserve the place( they new if I leave with out paying the 200, I will not come again). I also kept asking them to have a copy of the contract to read it at home, but they refused to do so. They kept telling me that I will have a copy of it on the same moving day, and that was another trap. later, I realised that there was a clause on the contract saying that if you move before the lease ends, you will have to pay 600 and find a another victim to take the place over. If you do not do so, you will have to pay the rent for the rest months even if you are no longer living there. There is still too much to say about this f****** building, but what I have mentioned above is enough for you to know that this place in not the right choice for you.
