I have been dealing with White Shark for close to a decade now. We have several rental properties that need regular eves maintenance as well as our principal residence. White Shark's customer service is superb, they are easy to communicate with, they clearly explain all the work that needs to be done (and how) and the end results are fantastic. I highly recommend them. We will happily continue to use them in the future.

White Shark came to clean the exterior windows of our house. After they were finished, we immediately went outside to have a look and noticed that our lawn chair, which was resting against our sunroom, was broken - hinges on both arms were completely disengaged. I had sat on the very same chair that morning and it was in perfect condition. We called the company and spoke to Nicole to seek reimbursement for our 40 chair and were told the team didn't see any chair (even though the chair was beside the sunroom windows which they cleaned) and they would not reimburse us for it. Will not use this company again!

Fantastic company! So customer-oriented! They do a great job every time I have used them. And I've been using them for about 10 years now. My most recent job involved sweeping debris (leaves, branches, etc.) off our flat-roofed house. The lady on the phone was most helpful and the 2 guys who did the clean-up were very thorough. I would highly recommend them.

I booked a window cleaning. They were supposed to come between 12-2pm but I was advised that they were running late but would definitely get there later the same day to do the work. I re-arranged my entire afternoon and they called me at 4:25 pm to tell me they cannot come. This has happened before. I now see why they only have 3.3 stars.
