I have lived in the building since it's inception and it is a beautiful building. Like many other buildings there are challenges with the elevators, however the board and it's management are constantly striving to eliminate the challenges and improve the service. Top quality Great Gulf built building with the nicest outdoor terrace and pool in the city!
Worse condominium building to live in. Every single day there is big line up for the elevators. 49 floors and ONLY 4 elevators out of which 2-3 are mostly not operational. Property is managed on strict hostel rules. Amenities are beautiful and well kept (cuz not allowed to use anything after 10pm.) IF YOU ARE MISSING YOUR OLD HOSTEL DAYS PLEASE COME LIVE HERE.
Lived here for almost 2 years. Doesn’t matter what time of the day is there is a LONG WAIT for the elevators. They change security guards so frequently that some of them don't even know where to access the stair case.They do have a nice quite room located at the 9th floor but for some reason they CLOSED it for 7-8 months a years. Which makes no sense. Amenities are kept clean because no one uses them. If you are on a lower floor get use to loud noises. During summer times the security guards at the pool will keep bothering you even though you have shown hime your amenities card. WONT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. You can find better place in Bloor Yorkville area with this amount of high rent.
Worst building ever lived. Wake up to garbage trucks almost every morning. And I live over 20 floors up. When it's cold outside it's cold in your unit. Horrible insulation. Thankfully I'm only renting here. If I bought something here I would probably jump off the balcony. Don't waste your time here!
