The pool is good but i’d like to give all the YMCA gyms in canada one star because I wanted to use the gym and they said that I needed a introduction for teenagers before using the gym I asked if I can get a introduction on a day pass to see if I liked it before buying a membership. But they said no you have to be a member for an introduction course and I asked why they said for safety reasons and I don’t understand why you need to have a membership just to get a introduction. I understand why you need an introduction for safety reasons. But I don’t understand why you need a membership to do so you should just be able to walk into the Y and say I want to use the gym can you give me an orientation on a day pass and the answer should be yes. Shame you YMCA I am not happy at all with this type of service If I had the option I would give the YMCA gym zero stars. I’m not happy at all with this service.
