Even though the hours says they open at 10am the staff are often late in which case you can't even get onto the third floor where the clinic is located so you have to awkwardly wait on the second floor or lobby until one of the staff arrives. However the wait time was minimal once the nurse arrived and got set up since there was no one else there . Also my appointment was done via video conferencing with a doctor which is interesting but not for everyone.

Heard back about an appointment a day later and figured great, we're off to a good start. I made a list of the vaccines my insurance covered and that I hadn't gotten yet. Put it into a table with the virus name, vaccine name and drug identification number. When I went in, the doctor asked for the names which is strange since I had them written out. We took the list to the pharmacist who also said the names were listed. After that, by the end of 50 minutes, I still didn't have a prescription. I had to leave because my lunch was over and they close at 5pm. My family doctor's clinic becomes a walk in clinic on Saturdays. Last Saturday, I walked away with caring, thoughtful healthcare and 4 prescriptions in ten minutes. I hope they don't charge OHIP since the service was never rendered.

I had a great experience at this clinic! It was very clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and having a pharmacy on site made things way easier! Also, great location and didn't have to wait long! I highly recommend this clinic!

Walk-in is a borderline scam of Ontario healthcare system. There is no real doctor in the clinic. Came in with a sore throat and white spots on throat. Been feeling tired and sick past three weeks. Doctor had a call with me for 30 seconds, barely listened to my concerns and didn’t mention what he’ll prescribe me on the call. Proceeded to give me mouth wash to reduce pain. My throat pain isn’t even bad, I just feel sick and wanted more antibiotics because the last ones didn’t fully finish the infection. Like what disrespect that I barely get 30 seconds of his time. Would have probably diagnosed me if he took some actual time to listen to my problems.

Walkin clinic was fine, but the problem was pharmacy.I've been waiting for 2 hours to just get medicine. And they made a mistake my name spell. I called, when I got home and they said I need to wait to get fixed. And then they never answer. I totally don't understand why it takes so long times. Please don't go here. It's terrible.
