Really good Hakka spot in Downtown Toronto. Usually would give it a 5 star but sometimes it seems it hits 4 star depending what Chefs are working. Overall it’s top notch tho with some amazing authentic recipes and sauces. Been going for years and will continue too. Fan Favourites... I been coming to yueh tungs for 16 years best place hands down I tried other places and they have not even come close it's just something about it. I wish I didn't move or I'd be there eating all the time like I use to. If I could I'd rate it 10 not a 5. They're also very friendly happy people. I'm Always full and feel satisfied .
Ive been going to this place for years and they always seemed to be on point. The food is always to perfection well for me. I always bought Chilli chicken was the best in town my option. Then the Pandemic hit. They reopened and literally the food has fone to the dogs. I dont understand. They got my order all wronf which i obviously didn't know until i got home mind you i dont live clse to downtown. I called them to advise them of the poor tasing watered down chilli chicken and dirty fried rice they gave me and i was advised they have a new cook. Even the wings were terrible Omg. They even reduced the portion size drastically i spent almost 60.00 for food i had to throw away. No compensation other than they advised they would speak to the person who should have checked my order to ensure it was correct. This was upsetting and disappointing on all levels. They need to do better. I still want to be compensated.
These guys are fantastic. The first time I tried them it was about a month ago I have to say the chow mein, fried rice, chili chicken honestly everything in between is amazing. I ordered at 2:30pm on new years eve and I did have to wait quite awhile. (6:15pm) to pick up but the quoted 5:30 honestly not that that bad of a wait as they were super busy of course because of the day and most places were closed. Honestly ill continue to go here businesses get busy sometimes the the customer service is great, food is great keep up the great work.
