Great gym, the real one. Open 24h so you can come at 3am if you cant sleep, put your own music on and start working. Everything is there. Great people too. You dont need anything else to make yourself better

It's fit what you need to do what you went there for. It's s friendly place with friendly people, all willing to help and advise. The owner has a stick of knowledge should you want help.
It's great because it's 24HR. So I can go in the evenings when it's really quiet and there's no waiting around to go on the machines. Plus, I suffer with severe anxiety, so the fact that I can go when there's no one else about soothes my anxiety.
