I placed an order on 21Dec20 for delivery Christmas Eve (Order no. 21440). I have been charged for the order but the flowers were never received & I am not getting any response on the phone or by email to my enquiries. Would not recommend this company. Can't award ZERO stars to post this review but that is what it merits.

Ordered several bunches of flowers here at short notice. All were delivered promptly and were excellent quality. Polite customer service, they were very helpful on the phone. Would definitely use the flower corner again.

I ordered a 58 bouquet of flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day from Flower Crown in Wellswood,Torquay from a photo on Susan’s florist website. When I arrived to pick them up they looked nothing like the bouquet that what was in the picture I had chosen from. Different types of flowers and the quality the arrangement was very poor. When I complained the woman in Flower Crown was very dismissive and told me that she “had other clients to deal with”. Maybe because I’m only 19 she could get away with such a terrible customer service attitude but this was her loss as I got my refund and got a beautiful bouquet for my mum from Barton Bouquet. Not only was it perfect but the lady was very polite and helpful. Sadly my whole experience with Flower crown was very poor and neither I nor my friends would ever use this florist again! Good manners and customer service are still important even to a teenage girl buying flowers for her mum.
Ally did the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely perfect. I was not very sure what I wanted just had an idea on colour and style. She took the images I had supplied and created a perfect interpretation. Very easy to work with, well priced and efficient
