Great customer service, really helpful and informative, provided me with everything I needed for my gecko. Friendly people who aren’t looking to rip you off at all. All the reptiles there are well looked after and healthy and I would highly recommend this place over any other.

Amazing shop amazing service brought a gecko from the shop full set up and he explains everything you need to know about keeping them happy will be back to get some more extras for my tank and in time another set up :)

I think I've shopped at every reptile/exotics store in Torbay and I have to say this is the only one where the husbandry of the reptiles was flawless AND the staff were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It puts chain pet stores to shame- hopefully I can buy a royal python from here soon :)
I love Torbay Exotics I got a pet Rankins Dragon called Leo from them The people who run it are very nice as well if your getting a pet, get it from them
