I read all the reviews and everyone seems to be extremely happy with this place so I checked it out and it was ok. I thought it was way too pricey for what they did. Another big dog that got a lot done was charged only a couple dollars more than our tiny dog. Very sweet staff. But not worth it. Oh, and I still had to cut some hair off my doggy because one side was longer than the other. I wouldn't go there again simply because of the price. Just not worth it.

I love taking my dog Legend to All Star Pet Resort. It has a home away from home atmosphere. They take great care of him. When I call to check on him the staff is very polite, professional and assuring.
Taking 1 star off review, because I wasn't crazy about groomer services. The girl that does hand-stripping, well, she actually doesn't. She messed up my terriers' coats... Definitely used clippers on them.
I brought him in for a Spa Package: bath, teeth cleaning, massage, de-shedding, etc. however I inquired about getting a haircut. I am new to the West Hollywood area and this Healthy Spot having been to the All Star Pet Resort in MDR with Schooner in the past.
When I arrived to the groomer I was positive that this place was going to be good with no issues due to the reviews. Not the case at all. I walked inside and the groomer was on her phone. (She took four minutes to notice me calling her to be checked in and was not aware of her surroundings.) I let that slide. I dropped off my dog at 800am and it took all day. It was in the middle of summer and it was very hot inside regardless of the fans inside. Every dog inside was panting which worried me. I came by to check on her to question why this was taking all day. It didn't appear that she was walked or even given any water. It broke my heart to see her in the same cage that I left her in being told that she was next. (About six hours later) The website stated that there were no appointments needed and it's first come first served. That does not seem to be the case at all. (See website as well as my screenshot) I went to pay for the services and asked why did it take so long. The lady at the front desk said its first come first served. I stated that I was there right at 800am. She responded that's how she works. I thought it was funny the front office had an air conditioner but not where the dogs were panting. I asked to confirm if she was walked or even given water and I was told that she needs to be walked before going home. Never again...
