I am a consultant running as an S corporation using Quickbooks. Amir has prepared taxes for the company and for my wife and I, both state and Federal. He has a dazzling knowledge of tax law and accounting formalities which he has used very much to our benefit. His attention to detail is superb. In December he processed a payroll run for us which paid necessary taxes and made sure that we were meeting all tax requirements. He is also a Quickbooks expert and while organizing our payroll run he \borrowed\ our Quickbooks company file and when it came back he had put in a handful of fixes, journal entries etc to make everything legal and according to accounting formalities. Working with Amir is like having a guardian angel looking after your tax affairs.
