Jessica Del Real did a fantastic job! She was very organized, up to date on changes, and explained everything to me in a clear way that I understood. She took me ahead of schedule and was well prepared. I was unable to come to the office for my appointment, but she explained everything by phone so it wasn't necessary. I like the overall office and staff too, but Jessica is the main reason for the high score.

I have had my taxes done for the last 4 years with HR block and the service here at this specific location was terrible. The woman I spoke to tended to be answer my questions with one word and no guidance whatsoever every time I called which was was on two different occasions. No customer service whatsoever and had very short answers like if I am suppose to be the expert in the taxes and the process now in a pandemic. The only reason why I will file my taxes with HR block still is because I have never experienced this kind of service before and am assuming it was my experience at this office only.
