Lack of real-time tracking and nearly 2 hour delivery time. I ordered at 11:17AM and just got the pizza at 1:13AM. I called at 12 and asked for a status and was left on hold for a while and went blank. The pizza was COLD and it wasn’t properly cut. And to finish it off, it was a 5 delivery charge. This franchise on Carson St. is no good. I’ve learned my lesson and shouldn’t have expected a basic customer pizza delivery experience.
My whole order was Good and fresh. The garlic butter on the crust is my delight. I walked in for pick up and it tasted better than when I get it delivered.
Usually Love it! But lately I've been having the worst complications with this place.. ugghhh a lil dissapointing... But their Parmesean Cheese bread bites are ALWAYS on point....

I called and ordered 3 pizzas to carry out. I asked for the 2 topping pizzas. I asked if I could have double cheese, instead of toppings. The rude man on the phone said "no". We don't offer that!" I said "ok". I went in to pick up the order and asked the employee behind the register when they changed the extra cheese instead topping. He said they didn't. I asked for a Manager and girl came up and pretended to be a manager. She said "theres nothing we can do since you already paid". I said "are you the Manager? She said "no". Xxxx is. He said "no Im not ,she is!" I got upset with all the lies and left. This is Dominos on w. Carson in Torrance. Lovely experience, may the new year bring better experiences for all pizza lover's, mine was part of 2020's unfortunate ones. :(
T shirt isn't as good as a mask apparently. But I can take a 2nd t-shirt and cover my face and thats ok? Makes sense
I arrive at this special place every couple of days as I like the good air that is part of this place. The personel is exceptionally friendly and skilfull. The service is extraordinarily rapid. Not to mention, the food they prepare is magnificent. I visited many times and I was never disappointed. The price is reasobable. I suggest this restaurant to all my friends.
