ap to Spanish Stay away from this agency please. This agency practically stole my 298 that I paid for. I stayed with them only two weeks and two days when I had an accident (it was not my fault) at the time of the accident I tried to call them on the phone \24 hours service \and nobody answered me I left messages via web and everything possible to communicate with them. The following days I also called them for almost three weeks until they answered me and supposedly Mr. Scott Smith had my case, the following week I called and a very evil lady called Angelica answered me and told me that my case had been closed. The next day I went to the torrance office and explained that the insurance left me alone and I fixed my problems by myself and My expenses at the day of the accident. They gave me the same number where they didn't want to return my money . I wish I could give them 0. Just I need my money back . Please ,please ? Be aware of this insurance they won't help you when they must to do . The worst insurance company ever and they aren't cheap go to AAA or other one instead freeway. I'm a real ex customer .
