I bought a jacket at a factory store that had a totally messed up sleeve - the inside was sewn differently from the outside of the sleeve, so it would twist and was basically unwearable. I brought it here, and they fixed it PERFECTLY in 2 days. On top of the great quality of service, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about this place! I will definitely be returning with alterations & dry cleaning.

I wish I had more time to sew buttons, do hems, fix seams, but I never get around to those jobs. I learned a long time ago to just drop those type of things off here and come back a week later. Tommy's does a nice job on small repairs and the dry cleaning prices are competitive.
