I’ve first got aquatinted with this shop about two years ago when my daughter’s brand new Versa was keyed! They did an amazing restoration and my daughter was very happy with the final result! Brought in my Juke this week, complaining about a bumpy ride and a clicking noise, after being sent off by the dealer for almost a year with “no findings”! John was so pleasant to deal with! He immediately took matters at hand and has found the origin of the problem: a faulty axle/shaft! Luckily, I still have powertrain warranty on the car, so Nissan will take care of the issue...but let me tell you, it was so reassuring to walk into the dealership and deal with those folks KNOWING what the problem is with my car and not being treated like “just a female driver”!! Thank you so much John and Raffy! I’ll be only using this repair shop as long as I’ll own a car! They are honest, personal, and treat customers with respect!

Brought my car in on an insurance claim because the reviews were good, the service was even better than expected. My car had issues not related to the claim that the guys took care of and then gave me a great deal on other work I needed done. Good shop and good people.
