Bad management. They ignore you and don't help with your complaints. This is ridiculous. Parking spots are tiny and they don't care. They need to repaint the parking spots or otherwise enforce people to fit in their spots. Tenants get ignored.

I lived at this apartment complex for a couple months. I ended up needing to move for work related reasons, however I wanted to write a review for the time that Iived there. During the months I was there (from November 2017 through early April 2018) I really enjoyed my time at this apartment complex. The other residents were friendly and the facilities were well kept. The laundry room was always clean and often times I was able to use multiple machines at once and do all my laundry very quickly. The pool area and walk ways were always kept really nice. The rental office staff were all super friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was very clean when I moved in; everything was in working order and ready for me when I got there and the rental office staff were always asking me if I was happy with the apartment when I would pay my rent and always expressed that if I needed anything to not hesitate to call them. Also I liked that this complex was conveniently close to stores. For anyone looking to rent in the Torrance area, consider Palermo Apartments!

I have been living in this place for 3 months now.. I absolutely love this place & the people including the management. Such a kids friendly & pet friendly place. I would highly recommend to consider this place for your move-in.
