I recently ended a three-month experience with this dealership and If it wasn't for the -small- lack of communication from their service department I would rate it 5 stars. I got what I believe a VERY GOOD deal on my trade in; I got way more than expected and the vehicle had electrical issues that even they (Penske) had trouble finding out what the problem was. I got a good trade in value and got a very nice CPO (certified pre-own) GMC truck at a very good price. If you need to go to their service department, I recommend being very specific on what you need/problems are ask for a realistic time frame on repairs and ask them to keep you informed.

I use to love this place but now I'd rather drive to Riverside for service. I made an appointment and drove 30 miles, only to be told that the guy handling that particular service isn't in today. Someone test drove my vehicle out of pity only to tell me " sorry I didn't find anything wrong with your car" as If I wanted it to be something wrong and he also suggested I buy a new car instead. I took it to another dealer and they found that I needed a new mount, which was insane because Penske had recently fixed one of my mounts but didn't notice that two mounts were broken. The Service Dept has gone downhill!

The parts Department is the best parts Department that I've ever been. The employees are concerned about the customer service. I've been to hundreds of parts Department because I've been a Mechanic for 50years,now I'm 70yrs old And I'm retired, but maybe not .it was a pleasure.

I'm really frustrated how they handled installing my Tonneau cover. I have the top of the line Sierra. It has the carbon fiber bed so I wanted to have the dealership install the cover because it's unique. I bought the cover through the dealership. When I first got it back the cover was way off. The right side was flush with the bed rails and the left side was about an inch and a half higher so it was tilted. I pointed it out but had to go. Then I brought it back to have it fixed and they made it a little better by raising the right side the left was not as high. The issue is it's still not installed correctly. Their answer was that is the best they could do... well it's not right.
