Predatory company beware! Hired them for a roof job, go the quote, signed the contract. Work was completed and paid in full. A few weeks later we get a letter in the mail: Notice of Intent to File a Lien because Remodel USA did not pay the company that provided materials used in our roof. Now we're on the hook for 1,145.00 above the cost of the roof. Do not use this company!
