I took my burned out, practically new, expensive core drill in for repair, they opened it up on the bench and showed me the damage. They called me back with a repair estimate and I approved it. Some 4/5 weeks later I called back and they had no record of it ?? I was not given a ticket...but had the voicemail they left me as confirmation. This was Sept 2018 and it is now Nov 2019, and still after multiple calls I never get a call back or even any help with my enquiries as to where it is. All they say is it must be in the back somewhere ?? I will be paying a visit very soon during my busy schedule...........Aaaargh !!
Don't take a nice tool there, you'll never see it again!
