Meh. Not the best, but the flavors are interesting. It tastes like a healthier but creamy ice cream

We found this place on YouTube so we have it a shot. It's homemade ice-cream and very tasty. The worker was friendly and offered us unlimited samples. After painstakingly trying many flavors we finally got it right: the cone is Thai tea and brown bread; the cup is brown bread and Hong Kong coffee - YUMMY!
The guy that runs the store is the most professional and knowledgeable ice cream scooper. I believe his name was Jon. I have tried every single flavour and I must say that the Brown Bread was amazing. I recommend all my friends to come here.
They have some interesting flavors that you won’t see elsewhere. Some were good but some miss the mark or didn’t blow me away. Definitely better than your standard ice cream shop though. It’s a very small shop, very basic setup (it almost seems unfinished?) they could probably improve on overall appearance. 5 sample maximum for tasting.
A selection of eclectic flavors constantly in rotation, but always delicious. Olive oil rosemary ice cream? It was amazing, trust me.
So very very good. I use to live just up the hill from the original Scoops in Highland Park, and couldn't believe my luck when a new one randomly opened just down the way from me here in North Torrance. My one and ONLY note/warning, is that if you have little kids that will only eat the most basic of flavors, then maybe stop by when they are in school. Otherwise this is a must for all who love ice creme!!
Never been there before and their flavors aren't conventional flavors so I asked for a sample. They don't offer samples.... I explained I've never been there before, how will I know if I like it? "That's just the risk you have to take". No thanks
Great icecream with many original flavors and they also have several nondairy flavors
