I am quite disappointed with this Smart and Final. I went here just to check it out, after visiting the UPS store next door, due to the Smart and Final on Hawthorne and Torrance Blvd shutting down. We came here for one thing- beef. As we proceeded to visit the back of the store, we noticed the line slowly backing up, although this wouldn't have been a problem, if they had enough staff. Anyways, once we reached the refrigerated areas where the beef was, we noticed about 1/3 was missing, leaving us with minimal choices. This wasn't a huge problem; the main problem is that they are understaffed. We waited 30 minutes in line, with only two of the registers open. The line was about 10 people long, and they had 2 REGISTERS OPEN. To sum it up, these people are understaffed, and could use more help. We may return, just either during opening or closing hours.

Store was very clean. As always very easy to find things as everything is labeled. I went in for candy and was able to see the candy lane that had many options. I was able to get what I wanted, and somethings I did not need, but oh well. Waiting in line was great with social distance measures in place

They need to Mark clearly on boxes do not open if it's supposed to be purchased in large quantity. Other than that I like coming to this location because it's in the same Center that I do business with the UPS store that is right next door to them.

I could not find Butter extract or 8-lbs bag of baking soda. I am preparing for the holidays. However, I was successful with other items.
