Best full service tailors and alterations in the south bay, over 35 years in business in redondo beach, recently moved to new location in Torrance. New building is much bigger and has better parking too. Mr. Gomez, Mario takes pride in his work and has many repeat customers coming in to his new shop, his professionalism shows in his work, coming in to the new location I have seen many people from the past location that are loyal to his business. His prices are very good and the turnaround time is fast too. With over 35 years as a professional tailor this shop is soon to be a local favorite to Torrance as it was in redondo beach. Definitely a five star business.
I was not aware Mario moved from Redondo and was in a panic that I needed to get my new sports jacket altered before my next business trip. After an internet search I found the new location. I highly recommend South Bay Tailors. I have been using him for over 14 years. I take my expensive suits and shirts to be altered here because I know I can trust the work and quality service. His prices are reasonable. It’s the type of place I do not mind driving across the South Bay where most people may say it’s out of the way because I know what I’m going to get. I’ve always been happy and it’s nice to be confident in the quality.
Mario is such a professional and amazing at his craft. I’ve been going to him for years and followed him to his new location: His new location is at 3805 PCH (cross street is Hawthorne) next to the KFC.
Fast hemming, great price. Call about their new address though, the one listed online was incorrect and it ended up being a bit of a run around that day.
