Dispatcher got the address wrong so towed me the complete opposite way,driver didn’t speak English or wear a mask,hung up on me multiple times while asking me to hold them rejected my call when trying to explain the correct address of the tow,male dispatcher had terrible attitude,no etiquette and way overpriced, 130 for 5 miles when they towed me the wrong direction for 3 extra miles. Oh and driver didn’t take my car out of gear when unloading my car off the flatbed. OH and one last thing that I had to come back and edit this review for,they specifically stated 130 3 times and still charged me 142 without telling me or explaining why.

I got a flat tire and searched up the first towing company I could find. Torrance Towing was great, and when I called, John answered immediately and put me on the list for a driver. I had to wait about 15-20 minutes because of early morning traffic, but Mike was very quick to get my car ready. Mike was very polite, respectful, and professional. I received an electronic receipt from Torrance Towing, but my insurance needed my car information on the invoice. I called the next day, and John took care of me immediately and emailed me another more detailed invoice. Would definitely recommend this service! Super nice and professional!
Torrance Towing And Road side was lifesaver, Very fast response! He answered on the first ring and got to us within 10 mins! Excellent customer service and all around great guy! Thank you for making a bad situation a lot easier on us. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of affordable and fast towing! As our son said, you saved the day!
