I got an insect bite that was infected, and I stumbled across this urgent care facility. The PA and nurse (Ivan) we're great l. They were knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and kind. I will definitely be back.

I went there on Saturday July 25 to get tested for covid which they told me I was negative , Sunday I felt sick so I figured I had a cold , Monday I didn’t go to work cuz I feeling sick, Tuesday i went to work cuz I felt better when I got home from work I felt chills n a fever came back ,, Wednesday I stood home n I started loosing my taste so I end up going to Kaiser n got tested again which I Was positive for covid which was a little to late cuz I got my little 4 year daughter sick then my wife,,, the whole story about this u guys wrongfully teste me,,, They didn’t do the the test right,,, hopefully it doesn’t happened to anyone else

The service was superb! It was neat and quick service! Their was this wonderful woman and I’m pretty sure her name was Jen. She was super nice and fabulous. I recommend going, this won’t be my last time going. :)
