Nice beach. Nothing special, unfortunately there is a lot of rubbish and plastic laying around. But the sand is all black and super soft. It is nice to walk on. But you should bring some beach slippers, the sand gets really hot. It is all free, no entry. There is so much space, you will always find a spot to lay down and enjoy the sun. Also perfect for swimming, even with little children. You can walk into the water pretty far before it gets deeper. Water is very clear and nice. You also have a nice view on the Vesuv in the back. We can recommend this beach.

Like previous comments I like to see for my self, and sadly it was dirty with human left trash. The sea how ever in a beautiful black sand is gorgeous
Don’t be fooled by the nostalgic reviews by Italian residents. This beach is covered in trash, there’s literally a garbage dump behind it. Rather pay entry for one of the private beaches next to it. The water isn’t clearer there, but at least you won’t lie between plastic straws and diapers.
Visited in august too much People and no parking place near the Beach.
Nice and quiet place, bars all over at night it becomes a disco club by the beach
