This should be a negative star! As an insurance company, AXA is appalling. We were burgled and all losses were properly reported to the police and court; Axa refused to pay out anything for months or fix the broken doors and glass! They settled on an arbitrary sum, much less than our losses, only after we appointed a local lawyer to pursue them. AXA management clearly has a policy of taking customers' premiums but objecting to paying for insured losses; they apply the same approach to health insurance in the UK. The woman for AXA in Torre Del Mar, Maria Carmen Gallardo Robes, is worse than useless; she is rude, combative and obstructive. We have changed to Allianz, and hope for a more honest customer relationship.

No tengo seguro desde hace un mes, y la señora Maria carmen gallardo deja mucho de desear con sus formas. No recomiendo para nada esta oficina ni su atención al cliente.
