They never answer the phone I bought a vacuum cleaner black friday dyson V8 animal it didn't hold its charge it went back to the store and I haven't heard a word since I have gone back in the store it's not back they dont have a clue when I will get it back and I cant get my money back or another vacuum cleaner with there extra guarantee aswell JOKE !!!!! It's the 19th of Jan now

The absolute pits! I can't believe this shop. We brought a new oven there on Tuesday. We paid 42 extra for a 5 year guarantee. My Husband had to carry the oven to his van,they wouldn't let us take the trolley when we finally got in plugged in it blow all the electricity in my kitchen. My Husband and brother took the oven all the way back to the shop,explained the situation and they said we would have to wait for a technician to come out to fix it!!! Can you believe it to fix our 1 hour oven. What a joke! Still waiting since Tuesday. I will never buy anything in that shop again. Be warned if you do !! Ask what there after service is like,because I can tell you from my experience it is the pits!!
Sadly very limited range of peripherals and bits and pieces. But good for what they do manage to stock.

Avoid like the plague! We bought an induction hob, but it was not delivered on the day that had been arranged. After numerous phone calls, emails to customer services, and trips to the store to arrange redelivery, they eventually produced 'evidence' that someone had signed for the delivery. Presumably the delivery driver now owns a shiny new hob. Refund was refused despite providing proof that it was not my signature, as by then 3 months had passed (we had returned to the UK by then). Do not buy anything from Worten unless you're prepared to take them to court!
Bad experience. Waited a long time for service No one there to serve you.not enough staff to help you .
A GREAT STORE FOR ALL THINGS ELECTRIC
Very bad.... sell the products and all appeared problem with functionality you have to resolve with producer from first moment of purchasing. Time for return is only verbally.
