I have been trying to call them now for 3 days, they have my mother's parcel and telephone number and keep saying wrong address, I cannot get through to MRW ONLY ANSWER PHONE WHICH I HAVE LEFT THE DETAILS AND UNTIL NOW MY MUM STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED HER BIRTHDAY PRESENT REALLY BAD SERVICE AWFUL COMMUNICATION I am unable to respond to your message, but yes it's torres vedras my parcel should be delivered to carvalhal Bombarral, do you have an email address

A documents package I sent five days ago was shipped to another country by managerial mistake. I have been calling this office to change the country of destiny of the package for two days and no one picks up. The office holding the package has sent them an email asking them to do so as well, with no reply. No one picks up the phone, tried dozens of times. This review is my last cry for help. Maybe they pay attention here. Edit: I had to drive back to the MRW office (60km) to solve this issue, since the phone was not being picked up. Once there, the issue was solved in a very short period of time.
I have had a package stuck here for almost a week now but trying to get in contact with someone at the store to get it delivered is impossible. The tracking says that the address is incomplete but other delivery firms have used the address no problem. It seems like there is no interest in delivering my parcel. Awful customer service.
I had similar experience like other one star reviews: Address incorrect which is a lie. Called Torres Vedras branch but no answer. Call center only plays music. MRW is unreliable. Will file complaint.

Não têm capacidade de realizar as entregas nos prazos estipulados. Às custas do mau serviço, a minha encomenda está há dias no armazém central de Torres Vedras, pelo que não vou receber uma encomenda com prendas de Natal a tempo! Se não têm capacidade de cumprir as entregas, porquê que aceitam realizar os serviços? Do que é que estavam à espera numa altura em que as encomendas online estão em alta e coincidencia é Natal?? Para além disso não atendem as chamadas. Serviço vergonhoso.
Impossível confiar neste serviço! nunca sabemos quando vão cumprir, ou quando nos deixam pendurados...
MRW de TORRES VEDRAS têm um excelente serviço de atendimento! Extremamente simpáticos/as e prestáveis, assim como o serviço de entrega em que os funcionários são profissionais ao ponto de contactarem o cliente se não estiver em casa. O MEU MUITO OBRIGADO!!
