I had made a post that was pretty negative before, and now I deleted my post because of the new staff! Specially the guys at the front that’s speaks English with glasses he completely changed my perspective and is sooo nice! ***so I had ordered a large bed and they brought me a bed that’s smaller than ordered. I had tried to get them to fix it and staff wasn’t very nice they said when you place orders you can’t fix and some worker that spoke English when I bought it didn’t speak English the second time around....well it took me several time going there back and forth and using my friends who spoke Italian to change my order. When I finally got someone to help me out it was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WORKERS! They were suuuuper nice, explained everything to me provided me written paperwork of delivery and they were going to charge me 70 to trade the bed again and they waved it....I went back again to pick up the mirror and the same nice people were there... so I’m thinking they must’ve changed staff So here are the tips if you really want something from there: When you place an order make sure it’s written on paper (the same size, same color,same style). **Check the delivery date, they usually take a month to deliver or more depending where you live. *** have money for delivery services, they do not charge you at the store (that’s where I messed up they got here and I had no clue they didn’t charge me at the store, I just swiped my card) ***when you place your order you can return only if it’s damaged any other reason is a no go
If I could I would leave absolutely ZERO stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. They take their time with everything and have you wait half a year to deliver furniture, and on the day they're supposed to deliver they give you a specific time for drop off and show up SIX HOURS LATER. And then when they scratch up your furniture and you agree for them to pick it up because all you want is your money back and to take your business elsewhere, they're available the NEXT DAY to come by and get it. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never purchase from them and I recommend going somewhere else, unless you enjoy hours of headaches throughout the day for months.
Don't order from here unless you enjoy your time and money being wasted. I ordered a sectional in June Didn't receive it until September 24th, but of course it was damaged. Here we are January 4th and the damaged piece was supposed to be delivered two hours ago. I honestly can't wait until this piece gets here so I can be done with Ovvio for good. I can't call either because they don't pick up the phone or they don't understand what I'm saying. I was also told it would only take 45 days for delivery, but as you can tell it's much longer than that. Wanted to update that my replacement piece for my sectional was ALSO damaged during the delivery.
Do not buy here the service is not even worth one star you will be lucky if anything you purchased will be delivered on time they never answer their phone and the phone works I am standing right in front of this woman as the phone rings she either ignors it or picks it up and hang up. I don't understand how this store syays open. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
Worse decision of my life! If I could give 0 points I would. I'm waiting for 2 months (so far) for my bed, sofa and lamp. At Vicenza shop the staff is very arrogant and unprofessional and shows 0 respect for the costumers. When you go there to ask they tell tou they'll deliver your items within 40 days, after you pay they don't respect the dates and no one answers the emails or phone calls. When you complain at the shop the staff is rude and very, very unprofessional and tells you the "the dates agreed are merely indicative".. I really regret my decision of buying here. Now instead of enjoying my new house, I'm sleeping on the floor sending emails and having no response from anyone. This is unbelievable.
