Where do I even start? Store owner Pam Pinto has been positively impacting myself and my family for the last 7 years. This woman is a bountiful fountain of knowledge that never runs dry. From ailments to sickness, from my grandmother to my sisters Pitbulls, she cares about health and well-being for all. She openly gives advice and shares truths to every audience. Give her and this store a try! But be ready to accept that they way you’ve been doing things probably is more harmful than not. Prepare yourself to abandon old ways and embrace better ones. Whether you have a head ache, chronic knee pain or would like to shake up your meal plan pay her a visit! You won’t regret it.

Stumbled in today and met the owner, who couldn’t have been sweeter. What a selection! I plan to return with my wife and do some real damage to my wallet!

I went to this shop looking for help with my concern for immune support. The owner was so helpful and took her time showing me all the products. I have food sensitivities so I have to be careful of ingredients. The supplements they carry are food based. She even offered to special order anything I might need. Great place!

I went in looking for a Bob’s Red Mill product that was soy based. The clerk immediately got a rude haughty attitude saying they didn’t carry ANYTHING with soy. I tried to say “okay thanks anyway” and leave but she continued to argue with me that soy is terrible for you and it has phytoestrogens and it’s GMO and whatever. I tried to disengage and said “agree to disagree” but she just kept going. I’ve done my research on soy and am of the belief that it’s perfectly healthy. My complaint with the shop isn’t that they didn’t carry what I was looking for—that’s fine, sell what you want in your own store—but that the woman kept trying to argue with me with her outdated opinions when I was just trying to leave. I won’t be returning, even though there’s no other health store in town.
