This company was responsive and professional. We have them come over right after the lockdown for Covid in March or April 2020. They came without reservation,they were socially distancing, but they did their job professionally and we couldn’t be more happy. One small glitch came up at the end of the installation which caused The system to not respond and of course they had already left for the day. However we were able to call, someone answered, and they were back in 30 minutes. It was the luck of a bad fuse, perhaps a .20 fuse but they came back to our rescue, fixed a stupid fuse, cleaned up and left. We will use them again and we do recommend them to other people in our area.

Chad came out. I kind of already had an idea of what was wrong, so I told him. He was back in 5 minutes with the problem part! I couldn’t believe the speed in taking apart the unit and then identifying the problem! He was very professional and obviously good at what he does. He had it fixed super fast including the overall inspection. I’m hooked on this company now. I just hope my service calls I signed up for are by him. I would recommend this company!
