Am having a shower installed instead of a bath. The plumber has showed me that the wall tiles were put on not with adhesive but with expanding foam. The floor tiles had been laid on top of wood and not a cement base, which is why all the grout was cracking. Also the pipe going to the shower was bent. All this had been done by Total Bathroom Installations about 6 years ago. I have also been told that there is a strong possibility of the rest of the wall tiles coming off. My husband telephoned TBI, and the owner came out yesterday. He said that would not happen now as they employ different people. No offer of compensation or an apology Avoid this company
