I have bought a carpet machine from these guys, everything was good till something happens with the machine and I’ve had to change the pump to it. They recommend me a service to use, I’ve waited 3 weeks for the carpet machine to get back , and when I got it back they replaced the broken part at a very expensive price and also they took the heater from the machine(it costs around 800) When I have called them to said this , they tried to blame the other guy and they said to talk with him because is not their business , but it was because they have recommend that service.

The staff at Total Cleaning Supplies were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure what product I would need to clean my customers wooden floor and they offered me cleaning advice and a choice of products I could use. Having a shop counter meant I could turn up to the shop and buy the cleaning product straight away. My customer was very happy with the results.

Great service both over the counter and for delivery. Can't understand why anyone would buy cleaning products or paper (loo rolls etc ) from the supermarket when these guys are local and offer better prices, service and products.
