By far the worst service we have experienced. We took over a office whereby the previous tennant used total has and energy. Each time we try and move the service they stop it. You call their main line, no one answers... You email, and receive no response. You raise a complain with them and the ombudsman, and receive no response, The worst provider in our 11 years of trading

the dont answer, reply to emails or have any form of customer service, but do find the time to stop our transfer to other providers
Absolute disgrace. These guys (through their broker Direct Business Solutions) through shoddy, practices and small print (not even documented) have duped a junior member of staff into agreeing a 5 year electricity contract which charges 16 per day standing charge in addition to the usage charges. They then refuse to help in any way afterwards! Avoid at all costs.
Shocking of a company, they changed direct debts like the wind... charged my business 186 of Electric when the shop was closed for nearly 4 months, with in the first week of opening back up, when I questioned it, they ignored my emails rang up a couple of time’s and they hung up on me and sent my bill straight to debt collectors!! Do not go with this company!!!
Absolute catastrophe. Such terrible, terrible service, I am speechless. I cannot put into words how unprofessional this company is. A broker by the name of the Maryam contacted me, endlessly, when I was asleep, at work, whilst driving and further on. She kept telling me how she could find me a very cheap and reliable gas company, so I agreed, she told me about total gas and power. When she told me the rates I was shocked at how good they were. I then received a letter from the company which had completely different rates on it. I rang up and spoke to someone called Kevin, I told him that I did not agree to these rates and I did not want them, however he kept saying that I must have the new rates which I did not agree to, he kept saying that I have agree to these rates, note I have not signed a contract, not been sent a contact I’ve only given them very little details. He was being very rude and practically not listening to a word I was saying, he then told me that I have to sort this out with my broker. I tried to contact my broker however, she ignored me for days and ignored all my phone calls. These types of company’s need to be shut down, I hope that others will learn from this experience and not get in business with this shocking company.
