I find the Total HealthWorks Parkinson' s Disease workout sessions are very challenging and uplifting! David, Jack, Christa and others work you very hard and are always teaching new exercises. The whole time the team is smiling and providing constant feedback and encouragement.

I am so happy that I discovered Total Health Works. Their exercise programs are backed by research and they work! For less than 25/month, I have access to both live and recorded one-hour exercise programs that work on muscle strengthening, balance, brain, intensive intermittent aerobics, and end with mindfulness. The teachers are fun to watch -- you can tell they appreciate each other and you. They speak directly to YOU on Zoom, which makes me feel supported and not so alone while I AM alone in my basement working out with them. It's motivating. They feel like friends. I actually look forward to working out now.
So important to stay mentally and physically fit, especially now, during the pandemic. Also need the comradeship of others going through the same challenges, with instructors who truly care. Total HealthWorks fills these needs with fun, professionalism, and passion.

Total HealthWorks has leaders and trainers who know their stuff. They conduct exercise sessions that are suitable for EVERYONE, with encouragement to each participant to work at the individual's own pace. A big additional benefit is the social/emotional needs that are met by taking their classes. These people have incredible people skills.
The Delay the Disease program has been the number one reason I have regained the ability to use my right leg and arm, especially my right hand. I understand the concept of the BRAIN WORKING better with each class. Thank you for developing this amazing program.
The Zoom classes are really great! You can participate at a level that is comfortable for you. It's an opportunity to challenge yourself with guidance to keep yourself safe.
